Besan ladoo 

This delectable sweet is specially made during festivals or special occasions. With the help of a few ingredients, even a beginner can make delectable besan ladoos at home.  

Ingredients-

Nestlé Everyday Ghee. 200gm
Cashew Nuts20 (chopped)
Besan500gm (coarse)
Almonds25 (chopped)
Nestlé MILKMAID1/2 tin (200gm)
Refined oil2/3 cup (100ml)

How will you make besan ladoo?

  1. Take a heavy bottom pan or Kadai. Add one and a half spoon of ghee. Now, add oil and besan. 
  2. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes on a medium flame. You have to do this until the besan turns golden brown. 
  3. Keep stirring it continuously for even roasting and prevent it from burning. 
  4. Add chopped almonds and cashew nuts and mix well.
  5. Once you have mixed it, allow it to cool down completely.
  6. Now add the Nestlé MILKMAID and mix well. 
  7. Keep the mixture aside for 15 minutes, divide it into 24 portions, and gently roll into balls.  

Voila! Your tasty besan laddoos are ready to gorge on. 

Kaju Katli

During Diwali, kaju katli is one of the hot-selling desserts at sweet shops. It is gifted by many to relatives and friends as it is considered a token of happiness. How will you make kaju katli?

  1. Firstly, take cashew nuts and crush them to a fine powder. 
  2. Next, you need to put all the ingredients together and grind them to a smooth paste.
  3. Take a thick pan or Kadai and transfer the mixture into it.
  4. Cook it on low flame until it reaches a thick consistency.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a tray. Gently roll out and cool it down.
  6. Lastly, cut into diamond shapes. 

Your tasty kaju katli is ready to be served.
